Working with the team at Silverstone we knew this event could see healthy crowds and supporting works to accommodate fans was crucial for a successful event.

It soon became clear on Friday evening that crowds could exceed those predicted. We reacted immediately and mobilised another TT70 tank to expand the existing storage capacity to buffer additional needs.

TerraTank were approached by Cornish Lithium who needed to store geothermal brine as part of their lithium extraction trials. The salty solution rising 1000 metres from beneath the Cornish soil is a stinging 80 degrees Celsius, and with a significant corrosivity level, this demanded even more than our TT70 TerraTank range with standard 2-pack epoxy lining.

On Thursday 22nd of January, we received a call that a company who runs a compost and mulch processing plant had 140m3 of effluent a week being produced, and they needed storage for approximately 4 weeks.

A client who operates in the hospitality sector running a large glamping complex reached out to us after identifying issues with the functionality of their built-in sewage treatment system, just as they approached their peak operating season.

With their medical units set up at one of the UK’s major hospitals, it was paramount that Vanguard Healthcare could operate efficiently to reduce any pressure and keep the facility running smoothly. They approached TerraTank to find a solution for the safe storage of sewage effluent for 6 months.

TerraTank responded rapidly and deployed twelve TT70 tanks; a perfect solution for plant shutdowns, planned or unplanned maintenance. With a capacity of 70,000 litres each and crane-free delivery and collection, TerraTank is able to operate on restricted sites efficiently. A 4-inch transfer pump was also supplied to ensure that the existing effluent treatment system was able to continue operating.
