Sludge Storage Solution

TerraTank’s solution provided two TT60-W settlement weir tanks, open top for easy access to the weirds and V-bottom to allow for easy sludge removal. This ensured a significant portion of the suspended solids and organic matter was removed from the liquids, making it ideal for reducing the load on subsequent treatment processes.

This project was complete with a specialised integrated pump to return liquor to works, as well as two Secondary Containment Berms to contain spills, safeguarding the site and the surrounding environment during operations. Equipment was seamlessly manifolded together to streamline the set-up and optimise site utilisation.
